Our primary objective is to provide 100% satisfaction to all our customers.

Contact us by email at or directly via our contact form, to obtain your return form which will be filled in and put in your package.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item (except for the defective item). Shipping fees are not refundable.

Delivery in the following countries: United States of America 🇺🇸

 14 days to make the return from the receipt in the mailbox, new. Please contact us in advance.


→ Our standard return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since we received your order, we are generally unable to offer a refund or exchange. Every customer who wants to exchange their order has 14 days from the date of receiving the order to make the return.

To do this, it is advisable to contact us first by e-mail. Specifying the order number (MD...)

→ In order to benefit from a return, your item must be in the same condition as the one in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

→ Gift cards cannot be returned.

→ To make your return, we need an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

→ Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons that cannot be returned.

→ No refunds or exchanges are eligible beyond the scheduled 14 days after the date the order is received.

Detailed Return Policy:

Step 1: Make sure you meet the following conditions:

- You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to return it to us
- The labels must be attached to the item in the same way as when you received it
- The article must be new, without washing.

If the buyer changes his mind and wishes to obtain a refund of his order, he has 14 days from the date of receipt of his order to send his return request to customer service via the contact form. If the 14-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

Step 2: Contact us by email at or directly via our contact form, to obtain your return form which will be completed and placed in your package.

Step 3: Send us the items you wish to return to the address indicated in the return form.

Indicate clearly in the form if you want a refund, an exchange, or a voucher on the site.

We offer free shipping on all My Dungaree items, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

In case you cannot print the document, you can copy the elements of the form on a sheet of paper and put it in your package.

On this sheet of paper, you will need to indicate: your order number (Example: OAZ1000), the name of the items being returned, and what you would like to obtain from the return (refund, voucher, or exchange with a different size/color).

Step 4: Upon receipt of the items, they will be inspected and according to your request we will:

- Refund your items: you will receive an email to confirm the refund of the order.
- Exchange your items: The items will be exchanged for those indicated on your return form, you will receive an email confirming the exchange as well as a new order and tracking number.

My Dungaree reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated after the return deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as they were received.

Once the return is accepted, you will be reimbursed via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

The maximum refund period is 10 days.

Please note that the refund time on your account always depends on your banking institution.

The refund of the order is due within 10 days after the receipt of the order in our manufacturing center, that is to say from the receipt of our warehouse.

In case of a return, My Dungaree is obliged to refund the sums paid by the customer except for the return costs. The shipping costs/return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. It will therefore be the responsibility of the customer to pay for their own shipping to return their item (in this case...) to our manufacturing center in Asia and to the return address that will be communicated to the buyer for customer service. Any shipping costs such as for secure delivery are not refundable.


If an item is defective, the customer has 48 hours after receiving the order to contact customer service. The customer will have to send the evidence by photo and the defects that present the product, (description and photos attached) to customer service first via the contact form: contact us.

We guarantee a full refund of the order in case of defective products, undelivered, or out of stock.

→ If ever a product has a manufacturing defect, you will have to contact us within 48 hours after reception. Beyond this period, the order is considered to be in conformity.

Step 1: Send us by email to a complaint accompanied by photos noting the defect(s).

Never remove the labels or wash an item received stained or defective before informing us at the risk that your request can not be taken into account.

Step 2: Your request will be processed by our team within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).

You will then have the choice between several possibilities:

- Refund of the defective item by us
- Replacement of the item if we still have it in stock
- Possibility of obtaining a credit note in the form of a voucher for the entire store.

In this case, we are able to print a return label ourselves and send it to you. In this case, the return costs are at our charge.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.

Late or Missed Refunds (if any)

It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
